استثمارات ايران فى الجزائر

عندما اندلعت أحداث الإجرام "المؤسس" فى السودان من قبل مشجعين من الغوغاء من الجزائريين تجاه أهلنا من المصريين، وتابعت الأخبار التى صدقتها سريعاً للغاية، لتنبؤى المسبق لما سيحدث عقب مباراة كرة القدم بين منتخبى مصر والجزائر، نتيجة لما وقع فى الأسابيع السابقة، لم أجد الإجابة فى ذهنى إلا فى خبر قرأته فى أواسط هذا العام، وتعجبت له، لشدة غرابته. ففى أبريل من هذا العام، "اتفقت كل من إيران وإريتريا والجزائر، لتوسيع تعاونهم معاً ودعم استثمارتهم المتبادلة"، وبالطبع يصبح السؤال الأول، ما هى علاقة تلك الدول الثلاث معاً؟ فايران تقع على ضفاف الخليج العربي، وإريتريا تقع على ضفاف مدخل البحر الأحمر، والجزائر تقع على ضفاف البحر المتوسط! ولكنى توقفت بشدة عندما أحسست بالعلاقة، مع بدء معركة الحوثيين فى اليمن والدعم الذى تمنحه إيران لهم والدعم الذى تمنحه لحزب الله فى الجنوب اللبنانى والدعم الذى ترسله لحماس فى غزة، فإذا ما رسمنا خطاً موصلا بين كل تلك الدول، بدءًا من جنوب لبنان ثم غزة ثم اليمن ثم إريتريا ثم الجزائر، وباضافة قطر فى الطريق، سنجد نصف دائرة متعرجة ومحيطة بمصر! أى أن الاستهداف الرئيس، هو لمصر والدول المعتدلة بالمنطقة! وللأسف فإن الكثير من المواطنين المصريين مازالوا يظنون أن حزب الله أو حماس يحاربان إسرائيل، وهو أمر غير صحيح، فلو أن حزب الله يحارب إسرائيل لكان قد حرر مزارع شبعا، على أقل تقدير، لأنه كان مدعماً بالسلاح الإيرانى بشدة وقت حرب يوليو 2006. ولو أن حماس تريد التحرير الحق للأراضى الفلسطينية المحتلة فى حرب 1967، كما أكدت فى وثيقة الأسرى، لكانت إرتضت بمد الهدنة فى 19 ديسمبر الماضى، حتى تسمح بفرصة للمفاوضات وبحل مشاكلها مع السلطة الفلسطينية بدلاً من الانقسام، ولكنها تعاونت مع إسرائيل فى درء أى فرصة للسلام، وكانت تستهدف أن تؤجج الصراع حول معبر رفح، بدلاً من الحديث عن العدوان الإسرائيلى!! فلمن لا يعرف، يوجد اتفاقية تعاون عسكرى موقعة بين الجزائر وإيران، سنة 2002، عند زيارة رئيس الأركان الجزائرى اللواء محمد العمرى لطهران فى نوفمبر 2002. وقد وقعت البلدين اتفاقية اقتصادية مهمة لإقامة مصنع أسمنت إيرانى ضخم فى الجزائر فى يوليو 2008. وقد أعلن وزير الخارجية الإيرانى مانوشهر متقى، فى أكتوبر 2008، أن إيران "تعطى أولوية كبيرة لزيادة صادراتها للجزائر فى السنوات القادمة". وكان ذلك بعد أن قام الرئيس بوتفليقة بزيارتين لإيران: الأولى سنة 2003 ثم فى أغسطس 2008. وقد بدأت إيران حركة استثمارات هائلة فى الجزائر وعلى ما يبدو أنها أقنعت الجزائر بأن تكون هى الدولة الأولى من حيث كم الاستثمار فى الجزائر، ولكن هنا، توجد إشكالية كبيرة للغاية بالنسبة لإيران، اسمها مصر! ولا يخفى على أحد، أن القيادة السياسة فى مصر قد حاولت فى أكثر من مناسبة التقارب مع إيران بشرط التخلص من ثقافة الكراهية لمصر فى تلك الدولة. إلا أن إيران قطعت كل الجسور فى عهد الرئيس الحالى لإيران، محمود أحمدى نجاد، وقبلت ما دون ذلك من علاقات مع الدول العربية الأخرى، غير تلك المعتدلة فى المنطقة، لأن الأخيرة يتوافق موقفها من مواقف مصر من الناحية الاستراتيجية!
