موزة تحتل جانبا هاما من كتاب الزميل الدكتور أسامة فوزي الجديد ” حكام ونسوان ” الذي سيصدر في لندن قريبا ومع أن الشيخة موزة لم تكن الوحيدة من شيخات الخليج اللواتي يحضرن المؤتمر المذكور … فقد جلست على يمينها الشيخة سبيكة بنت إبراهيم آل خليفة زوجة حاكم مشيخة البحرين الملك حمد … إلا أن الشيخة موزة – وفقا لما ورد في كتاب الزميل فوزي – تمكنت من خطف الأضواء والاستئثار بها بخاصة وانها لم تمانع في التقاط الصور لها … وقيل في حينه أن الشيخة تحاول أن تكرس صورة قطر ” الحديثة “. لكن مساعي الشيخة موزة وزوجها – كما يقول الدكتور أسامة – سوف تصطدم بحقائق التاريخ بخاصة وان المشيخة بتكوينها الحالي لم تكن اكثر من ” غلطة ” من غلطات التاريخ … تداخلت فيها فضائح أخلاقية ومالية وجنسية وصراعات على النفوذ بين أفراد العائلة الواحدة وغدر وزنا بالمحارم توجه الحاكم الحالي الشيخ حمد الذي طرد والده العجوز من الحكم واتهمه بالسرقة والاختلاس وتركه يعتاش على الهبات في السعودية وغيرها من دول الخليج . وجاء في الكتاب أن الشيخة موزة نفسها كانت ضحية لصفقة مالية وسياسية بين أبيها ناصر المسند والحاكم السابق خليفة فقد كان ناصر المسند من أهم المعارضين للحكم وتزويج ابنته من ابن الحاكم تم عبر صفقة سياسية تخلى بموجبها المعارض عن معارضته في مقابل نفوذ من نوع خاص لم يكن الشيخ خليفة نفسه يتوقع أن يتطور إلى درجة تصبح فيها العروس الضحية الصفقة ” موزة ” هي الحاكم الفعلي في قطر والعقل المدبر لعملية انقلاب ابيض أطاح بالشيخ الأب خليفة بل واطاح بأولاد زوجها حمد من زوجاته الأخريات . وكانت المواجهة الإعلامية الأخيرة التي وقعت بين القطريين والمصريين والتي بدأت بتطاول وزير الخارجية القطري على مصر وتهكمه على المصريين قد كشفت النقاب عن أسرار عديدة تتعلق بالأسرة الحاكمة في قطر … فقد كتب عادل حمودة الذي كان آنذاك رئيسا لتحرير مجلة روزاليوسف مقالا بعنوان ” ملف الفجور السياسي في الدوحة ” و ” الانقلابات العائلية في قطر ” و ” خليفة أطاح بحكم ابن عمه في انقلاب ابيض وابن خليفة أطاح بابيه في انقلاب تلفزيوني “. والجديد الذي كشف عنه عادل حمودة آنذاك نقلا عن جريدة الأهالي المصرية الصادرة في 31 كانون الثاني 1977 هو أن قطر عقدت مؤتمرا دوليا لجماعات إرهابية متطرفة … وجاء في الجريدة أن ” وزير الداخلية المصري حسن الالفي كشف النقاب امام لجنة الشؤون العربية والخارجية والامن القومي ان وزير الداخلية القطري عبدالله بن خالد الذي كان وزيرا للاوقاف ومقربا لعدة جماعات متطرفة قد نظم وهو يشغل منصب وزير الاوقاف اجتماعا للتنسيق بين قيادات لجماعات متطرفه حضره كل من ايمن الظواهري وشوقي الاسلامبولي ومصطفى حمزة واسامة بن لادن ” وجاء ايضا ان الشيخ فهد ابن حاكم قطر من زوجته الأولى كان عراب هذا التنسيق . المثير للدهشة ان محطة الجزيرة القطرية لا تشير من قريب او بعيد الى مشيخة قطر والفضائح السياسية والعائلية التي ترتكب في هذه المشيخة … بل ولا تتم الاشارة الى تاريخ مشيخة قطر وهو تاريخ يقوم على الغدر بين المحارم . والاسرة التي تحكم الان في قطر ” اسرة ال ثاني ” هي اسرة سعودية هربت من نجد الى قطر برئاسة الشيخ حمد ال ثاني الكبير الذي اسس مشيخة حاولت الاستقلال عن النفوذ السعودي … وعين الشيخ شقيقه خلفا له لانه اصلح من ابنه خليفة لكن الشقيق ترك الحكم لابنه هو ولم يعيده لابن شقيقه وكانت تلك هي البذرة التي قام عليها نظام الحكم في المشيخة والتي ادت فيما بعد الى انقلابات عائلية بعضها اتسم بالدموية … والبعض الاخر بالفضائحية مثل انقلاب حمد على ابيه خليفة عام 1995 . عندما استقلت قطر عن بريطانيا عام 1971 كانت المشيخة تحت حكم الشيخ احمد بن علي ال ثاني الذي اطيح بانقلاب عسكري نفذه ابن عمه الشيخ خليفة بن حمد ال ثاني … وقام خليفة بتوطيد حكمه من خلال تسليم مفاصل الدولة لاولاده الا انه لم يكن يعلم ان الضربة ستأتيه من حيث لا يحتسب … أي من ابنه البكر حمد. وحمد كان اكبر اولاد خليفة … وكان افشلهم في الدراسة مما دفع بالاب الى اخراج الابن من المدرسة قبل ان ينهي الثانوية العامة وارساله الى كلية ساندهيرست العسكرية في بريطانيا ولم يتمكن حمد من انهاء الدراسة في الكلية المذكورة حيث فصل منها بعد تسعة اشهر ليعود الى قطر برتبة جنرال … ليصبح قائدا للجيش ووليا للعهد في عام 1971 . تزويج حمد بموزة المسند شكل انقلابا في حياة حمد … وفي تاريخ المشيخة … وكانت صفقة الزواج بين ال خليفة وال المسند صفقة سياسية بالدرجة الاولى تهدف الى وضع حد لطموحات ال المسند … ولم يكن الشيخ خليفة يتخيل ان ان ابنة خصمة ناصر المسند الصغيرة الجميلة ” موزة ” يمكن ان تدق المسمار الاخير في نعش خليفة نفسه . موزة دخلت الى الاسرة كزوجة رابعة للشيخ الصغير حمد بن خليفة … الذي ارتبط ببنات عمومته … وبدل ان تعيش موزة على الهامش كما رسم وخطط لها ” حماها ” نسجت الشيخة خيوطها حول الشيخ الشاب غير المتعلم … الطامح بخلافة والده الذي بدا وكانه لن يموت بدأت الحكاية في يوم الثلاثاء الموافق السابع والعشرين من حزيران يونيو عام 1995 … كان الشيخ خليفة قد غادر قطر الى اوروبا في رحلة استجمام كعادة شيوخ الخليج الذين يهربون من حر الصيف الى برودة اوروبا … ولم يكن الشيخ خليفة يعلم ان حفل الوداع الذي اجري له في مطار الدوحة كان الاخير … وان الابن حمد الذي قبل يد والده امام عدسات التلفزيون كان قد انتهى من وضع خطته للإطاحة بابيه واستلام الحكم . في صبيحة يوم الثلاثاء … قطع تلفزيون قطر إرساله لاعلان البيان رقم واحد … وعرض التلفزيون صورا لوجهاء المشيخة وهم يقدمون البيعة للشيخ حمد خلفا لابيه … وقيل فيما بعد ان المشاهد التي عرضت دون صوت كانت ممنتجة ومزورة … وقالت مصادر مقربة من الشيخ خليفة ان ابنه حمد وجه الدعوة الى وجهاء المشيخة وقام التلفزيون بتصويرهم وهم يسلمون عليه دون ان يكونوا على علم بما يجري وهو الذي دفع مجلة روزاليوسف المصرية الى وصف الانقلاب بانه ” انقلاب تلفزيوني “. تمخض الانقلاب عن اعتقال 36 شخصا من المقربين للشيخ الأب خليفة وتم الزج بهم في سجن بوهامور …وكانت تلك هي بداية الانهيار الجديد في الأسرة الحاكمة … ففي فبراير 1996 اعلن عن اكتشاف مؤامرة لقلب نظام الحكم الجديد يتزعمها ابن عم الشيخ خليفة … ويبدو ان اولاد الشيخ حمد قد شاركوا بشكل او باخر فيها انتصارا لجدهم لذا تم طرد الشيخ فهد بن حمد من سلاح الدروع واتهامه بانه ” اسلامي متطرف ” وتم وضع الشيخ مشعل بن حمد قيد الإقامة الجبرية … وقيل يومها ان الشيخين عزلا بضغط وتخطيط من الشيخة موزة حتى يخلو لولديها جاسم وتميم الجو … وهذا ما كان حيث اعلن في اكتوبر عام 1996 عن تعيين جاسم بن حمد وليا للعهد وهو الابن البكر اللشيخة موزة وهو – مثل ابيه ومثل سائر ابناء حكام الخليج – تخرج من كلية ساندهيرست في بريطانيا دون ان يكمل تعليمه الثانوي العادي . الشيخة موزة – وفقا لما تقوله مصادر قطرية مطلعة – كانت عراب هذه الانقلابات في الأسرة الحاكمة وقد نفذتها اعتمادا على رأس حربة من أبناء العائلة نفسها … ونقصد بها الشيخ حمد بن جبر آل ثاني وزير الخارجية . الشيخ المعزول خليفة هو خال الشيخ حمد فزوجة خليفة هي أخت حمد وقيل ان الاخت قطعت علاقاتها بأخيها بل واصدرت بيانا داخليا في اوساط العائلة وزعته من مقر اقامتها انذاك في أبو ظبي اعلنت فيه براءتها من اخيها حمد ومن ولديها عبدالله ومحمد اللذين انضما الى اخيهما حمد في انقلابه على ابيه بعد ان وزع حمد الكعكة على الجميع فمنح رئاسة الوزارة لعبدالله ونصب خاله وزيرا للخارجية وهو الامر الذي دفع مجلة روزاليوسف الى القول : ” لقد وصل الملك لير الى الدوحة ” والملك لير هو بطل احدى مسرحيات شكسبير وتقوم المسرحية المذكورة على الخيانات والغدر في أوساط العائلة الواحدة . واذا كان الانقلاب التلفزيوني في قطر قد نجح في ايصال الشيخ حمد الى حكم المشيخة الا ان رفض الاب خليفة القبول بالأمر الواقع ودعمه لعملية الانقلاب الفاشلة كشف النقاب عن الكثير من اسرار الحكم في مشيخة قطر وعن علاقاتها الدولية والاقليمية . فقد تبين ان عائدات النفط تذهب بالكامل الى حساب شخصي باسم الامير – حوالي عشرة مليارات دولار – وان اقل من عشرين بالمائة من هذا الدخل يصرف على سكان المشيخة والاجهزة الخدماتية فيها … وتبين ايضا ان للامير حصة معلومة في جميع الشركات والمؤسسات العاملة في المشيخة وان جميع رشاوى وعمولات صفقات العلاج والسلاح وخلافه تذهب الى الامير واولاده . هذه الاسرار خرجت الى العلن بعد ان قام الابن بالطلب رسميا من البنوك السويسرية بالحجر على اموال ابيه على اعتبار انها تعود للمشيخة وتم حل المشكلة وراء الابواب المغلقة وبوساطات عربية بعد تعهد الاب بالامتناع عن القيام بأية تحركات مريبة او الاتصال بمؤيديه في الداخل وموافقته على تسليم كبار معاونيه ممن كانوا انذاك يقيمون في هيلتون ابو ظبي . واذا كانت الشيخة موزة قد نجحت في تنصيب ابنها جاسم وليا للعهد …الا ان هذا لم يمنعها من تطوير علاقاتها ودورها في اوساط الاسرة الحاكمة حتى تضمن المشيخة لابنها بعد وفاة زوجها الذي يعاني من انهيار كلوي … بخاصة وان للشيخ الصغير اكثر من خصومة … فأخويه من زوجات ابيه يطلبان المشيخة لانفسهما … وعمه القوي الشيخ عبدالله يرى نفسه احق بولاية العهد … لذا فتحت الشيخة موزة نافذة على واشنطن … وسبقت ابنها الصغير في اول زيارة قام بها الى امريكا بعد ان تولى ولاية العهد وقيل يومها ان الشيخة تحاول ان تقدم نفسها كشيخة خليجية متحررة ترتدي الكاوبوي وتخرج دون محرم و لا تضع العياءة و النقاب .. و مع ذلك قوبلت زيارة ابن موزة الى واشنطن باهتمام خاص من قبل اجهزة الاعلام لرغبة هذه الجهزة في استنطاق الشيخ و معرفة الدور الذي لعبه على جده الشيخ خليفة و تنحية اخويه الاكبر منه سنا عن منصب ولاية العهد بل و اشرافه شخصيا على وضعهما قيد الاقامة الجبرية في الدوحة بعد اتهامهما بالتورط في محاولة الانقلاب التي استهدفت ارجاع الشيخ خليفة الى الحكم. و الشيخ جاسم هو الابن الثالث من الزوجة الثالثة للشيخ حمد بن خليفة حاكم مشيخة قطر الذي عرف باهتماماته النسائية قبل ان ينقلب على ابيه بتحريض من اخر زوجاته الشيخة موزة …فقد تزوج حمد من ابنة عمه الشيخ محمد بن حمد ال ثاني وانجب منها ابنه البكر الشيخ مشعل البالغ من العمر ثمانية و عشرون عاما كما انجب منها ابنه الثاني الشيخ فهد…قبل ان يتزوج من ابنة عمه ثانية هي ابنة الشيخ خالد بن حمد ال ثاني و قد انجب منها اولاده خالد و عبد الله و محمد و خليفة …. اما الزوجة الثالثة و الاخيرة فكانت الشيخة موزة بنت المسند و هي ليست من الشيوخ لكنها تنحدر من عائلة كانت تطمع بكرسي الحكم في المشيخة وغالبا ما كانت تلعب دور المعارضة الى ان دخلت الى قصر الحاكم من خلال الشيخة موزة لتتسلم الحكم من وراء الستار فتحرض زوجها على ابيه واولاده وزوجاته من اجل استلام الحكم ثم تسليم ولاية العهد لابنها جاسم… وقد انجبت الى جانب جاسم اولادا اخرين اكثرهم شهرة ودونجوانية الشيخ تميم البالغ من العمر احدى وعشرين سنة قضاها مشفطا سياراته الفاخرة امام مدارس البنات ومع الممرضات الفليبينيات … ولا ينافسه في هذه الموهبه الا شقيقه الاصغر جوعان الذي انهى مؤخرا الثانوية العامة بدرجة ممتاز جدا رغم انه لا يفك الخط. ومع ان تاريخ مشيخة قطر يقوم كله على الانقلابات والخيانات والغدر بالمحارم والاقارب … الا ان ما فعله الشيخ حمد الحاكم الحالي جدير بان يدخل التاريخ كنموذج للنذالة وشهوة الحكم في اوضح صورها. فالشيخ حمد كان وليا لعهد ابيه…. انهى دراسته الثانوية دفشا ثم التحق بكلية ساند هرست العسكرية في بريطانيا ليتخرج منها بكرش…. وبمهارة يحسد عليها في مطاردة التساء و صيد الحبارى وقد شارك والده في نهب دخل البلاد من النفط والغاز ثم استغل ذلك في شرشحة والده بعد الانقلاب عليه حيث اتهمه بالسرقة والختلاس. زواج حمد من موزة هو الذي قلب كيان الشيخ النسونجي وحوله الى رجل طامع بالحكم ومع ان الحكم كان مقطوعا له باعتباره وليا للعهد الا انه بدء يتضايق من نفوذ اولاد عمومه الذين جاهروا باحقيتهم بالحكم فسارع الى الافطار بهم قبل ان يتعشوا به. موزة بدورها كانت الراس المدبر لعملية الانقلاب .. كانت موزة تعلم ان ضرتيها –شيختان من ال ثاني- قد اقنعتا الجد الشيخ خليفة الاهتمام بحفيده الشيخ مشعل باعتباره الحاكم القادم وبخاصة ان والده الشيخ حمد المصاب بانهيار في عمل الكلى يمكن ان يموت بين ليلة واخرى – حمد لم يمت فقد انتزع كلية من احد ى بناته وزرعها دون موافقة البنت وامها واشقائها- لذا سرعت موزة عملية ابقلاب على الجد قبل موت زوجها وسارعت الى اتهام الشيخ مشعل ابن زوجها من ضرتها الاولى بالتامر مع جده على ابيه-زوجها- فغزلته من جميع مناصبه العسكرية التي تقلدها بعد عودته من كلية ساند هرست البريطانية ووضغته قيد الاقامة الجبرية باشراف ولدها جاسم الذي يتولى الى جانب منصب ولاية العهد جميع الشؤون الامنية في المشيخة بما في ذلك رئاسة المخابرات القطرية. وكان مصير الاخ الثاني الشيخ فهد مشابها لمصير اخاه الشيخ مشعل فقد جرد الشيخ فهد من مناصبه العسكرية بعد ابهامه بالجنون و بدعم الأفغان العرب من خلال علاقته الوطيدة باسامة بن لادن ..وكان الشيخ فهد قد مال في ايامه الاخيره الى التدين فاتهم بالجنون ثم تم وضعه قيد الاقامة الجبرية بعد المحاولة الانقلابية الفاشلة حيث اتهم بالتورط فيها لعلاقته بكبار الضباط الذين قاموا بها.. كما اتهم باجراء اتصالات سرية مع جده عندما كان مقيما ولاجئا بالامارات بهدف استقطاب العائلات القطرية المقيمة في ابوظبي والتي كانت قد هاجرت اليها في الاربعينات والخمسينات بعد خلافها الشديد مع ال ثاني. زيارة جاسم ابن موزة الى واشنطن تدخل ضمن محاولة الشيخ حمد استصدار شهادة حسن سلوك لابنه باعتباره الحاكم الجديد للمشيخة بخاصة و ان حمد يعلم ان الاوضاع الداخلية في قطر مرشحة للانفجار في أي لحظة… فالى جانب تذمر كبار الضباط من الاوضاع الحالية – حتى انهم اصدروا بيانا بتوقيع الضباط الحرار- فان الصراع قد يقع ايضا بين الاشقاء انفسهم , بخاصة وان الشيخين مشعل وفهد يحظيان بحب وتاييد القطريين وبدعم جدهما وانصاره وبعض مشيخات الخليج المجاورة. زيارة جاسم الى واشنطن وقبلها زيارة امه موزة تهدف فيما تهدف اليه-وفقا لشيخ معارض من ال ثاني- الى الحصول على ضمانات امريكية بدعم الحكم الحالي سياسيا و عسكريا من خلال الوجود العسكري الامريكي في قطر. مصادرنا في الدوحة تؤكد ان الحاكم الحالي للمشيخة قد عرض-مقابل ذلك- تطبيع علاقته باسرائيل …. وفتح انابيب الغاز القطري على مصاريعها لاضائة اوروبا … وتحويل الوجود العسكري الامريكي في قطر الى وجود دائم يفوق عدده وامكاناته الوجود الأمريكي في القواعد الأمريكية في البحرين وخاصة قاعدة العديد الامريكية الجوية في قطر …. فوفقا لتقرير نشرته جريدة وول ستريت جورنال مؤخرا فان مدرج هذا المطار يعتبر الاطول في جميع مطارات الشرق الاوسط اذا يبلغ طوله 4500 مترا وحظائر الطائرات فيه ترتفع عالية كالجبال وقد بلغت تكلفة بناء هذا المطار اكثر من مليار دولار رغم ان قطر لا تمتلك اكثر من 12 طائرة حربية .لكن القاعدة تعج بثلاثة آلاف عسكري أميركي، قاموا خلال الثمانية أشهر الأخيرة بإرسال المقاتلات الجوية، والدبابات المحمولة جوا، وطائرات التجسس، من هذا المكان إلى أفغانستان. وهم، في هذه القاعدة، قادرون على مشاهدة افلام مثل فيلم «حرب النجوم» بنسخته الجديدة، داخل مسرح في الهواء الطلق، منصوب بشكل مؤقت، أو يقومون بالغطس في المسبحين وفرتهما لهم المؤسسة العسكرية. ونقلت الصحيفة عن المسؤولين القطريين، قولهم إن ما يجري هو بالضبط ما يجب ان يكون إذ أنهم قاموا ببناء نصف القاعدة، لجذب الأميركيين. وضمن المهام التي لها أسبقية، الكيفية التي يستطيع المسؤولون القطريون إبقاء القوات الأميركية فيها، أو حتى، إن أمكن، زيادة عددها، عند انتهاء الحرب في أفغانستان. وفي هذا السياق يقول الشيخ حمد بن جاسم بن جبر آل ثاني، وزير الخارجية القطري: «نحن لا نستطيع الدفاع عن قطر، إذا قامت قوة كبيرة بمهاجمتنا. فنحن بحاجة إلى وجود القوات الأميركية والولايات المتحدة في حاجة إلينا». وإضافة إلى مدرج الإقلاع الطويل في القاعدة، شيدت قطر، مجمعا يضم 27 مستودعا يعيش فيها الجنود الأميركيون والدبابات والمدرعات التي قد تستخدم في أي حرب ضد العراق. وقالت «وول ستريت جورنال» ان لكل بلد من بلدان الخليج أسبابه للترحيب بالوجود الأميركي. ففي عمان التي تعتبر بلدا فقيرا وفق المعايير الخليجية قامت الولايات تساعدها بما لا يقل عن 50 مليون دولارا سنويا. أما في البحرين حيث نضبت موارد النفط الشحيح، فتكمن الأسبقية في جذب المستثمرين الأجانب إلى البحرين مع تنامي الخدمات المصرفية فيها. فكجزء من هذه الحملة قام الملك بانهاء الرقابة على الإعلام والمبادرة إلى إجراء انتخابات حرة. وهو دائما يؤكد أن علاقة بلده بالولايات المتحدة عسكريا هي الضمان لاستقرار البحرين وأمنها. وتمتاز قطر عن جارتها البحرين بغنى مواردها النفطية التي يعتقد الخبراء انها ستصبح بفضل النفط صاحبة أعلى دخل وطني بالنسبة لعدد سكانها. وبدأت قطر قبل ثلاثة أعوام بتهيئة أرضها لاستقبال القوات الأميركية بحجم كبير. وابلغ الامير الشيخ حمد بن خليفة ضيوفاً اميركيين زاروه بقصره، عن رغبته في استقبال 10 آلاف عسكري أميركي ليقيموا بشكل دائم في قاعدة «العٌديد» الجوية التي كانت لا تزال في حينه في طور البناء. وجدد هذا العرض حينما زاره وليام كوهين وزير الدفاع الاميركي السابق والجنرال زيني. وللبرهنة على أن بإمكان الأميركيين الاعتماد عليهم في أوقات الشدة، فتح القطريون مدرجات الإقلاع الجوية أمام الطائرات الأميركية لأداء مهام عسكرية ضد العراق في فترة التسعينات بعد رفض المملكة العربية السعودية السماح لهم من اراضيها. ثم جاءت هجمات 11 سبتمبر (ايلول) على مركز التجارة العالمي في نيويورك ومقر وزارة الدفاع (البنتاغون) في واشنطن، لتفتح الطريق لثلاثة آلاف عسكري أميركي كي يقيموا في قاعدة «العٌديد» الجوية حيث قاموا ببناء مدينة عملاقة تغطيها خيمة ضخمة وتسندها أعمدة خشبية عملاقة، وبهذا تم انشاء الموقع القيادي العسكري لإدارة العمليات العسكرية. ويقول المسؤولون الأميركيون والقطريون إنهم قريبون من اليوم الذي سيصبح فيه الوجود العسكري الأميركي دائما في قطر. اذ تفكر الولايات المتحدة في الابقاء في قطر وبشكل دائم، على 50 طائرة حربية وعدة آلاف من جنودها، وعرضت قطر انفاق 400 مليون دولار لتطوير القاعدة الجوية، عبر بناء بيوت ثابتة ومستودعات لخزن وقود الطائرات بمعدل مليون غالون مع بناء مواقع الإدارة والقيادة. من جانبها تريد قطر ضمانات أميركية مكتوبة بأن الوجود العسكري الأميركي سيكون
